The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining systems to handle subscription payments, user onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Responsibilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate LuxSci with subscription payment services such as Stripe, ensuring seamless payment processing and subscription management.
Develop and implement systems for user onboarding, including account creation and setup.
Implement offboarding processes to handle subscription cancellations and account deletions.
Monitor subscription statuses and handle automated notifications and reminders for payment renewals.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to subscription management and payment processing.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in subscription management and payment processing.
