STRATEGIC PRICING ANALYST

Position Description.

This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Report to Vice President of Strategic Pricing and be a core member of the Strategic Growth operations organization • Conduct cost analysis, challenge and resolve common errors / anomalies • Build financial model using appropriate toolset, following all pricing guidelines, become expert user of pricing tools • Populate and produce pricing templates as required by the customer • Work within defined deal structure and occasionally suggests improvements • Provides guidance and advises the pursuit team on the correct governance process, escalating as necessary • Effectively identifies key deal issues, risks and opportunities and directs pursuit teams appropriately • Able to deliver training sessions on specific skills or experience • Understands and implements CGI Federal policies and helps the team structure the deal to meet these requirements • Supports proposal manager in project managing pursuit, plans tasks effectively to achieve deadlines and works with functions w/in and external to the pursuit team • Prepares clear, concise communications for multiple audiences, including demonstrating effective writing and presentation skills.
Regularly presents at gate reviews.
Demonstrates team-player attitude and ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve goals and networks effectively inside the team • Influences colleagues and management to help achieve the best outcomes for CGI Federal Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
•Excellent Excel, communication, problem solving and analytical skills •Strong presentation and information visualization skills •Strong leadership and coalition building skills in a highly dynamic and fluid working environment •Demonstrated ability to get things done, build consensus, resolve conflict, and solve tough business problems •Keen sense of ownership, drive, and execution CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications.
To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
