Following the Project Warehouse Coordinator (WCC) instructions and Company guidelines, carry out the daily activities requested in terms of goods handling and storing within Site Warehouse for Consumables and Construction Materials so to guarantee a smooth inbound and outbound flow of goods.
Duties and Responsibilities.
Guarantee.
• The proper handling of incoming/outogoing materials and equipment • The accurate control of the correspondence between the incoming materials and the accompanying shipping docs • The proper preparation of picking list • The correct storage of materials according to its storage specifications Duties and Responsibilities Details.
• Load/unload the goods/equipment arriving/leaving the warehouse by means of appropriate Company lifting equipment (fork lift, etc) either within the warehouse and in the yard • Provide support in the loading/unloading operations when carried out with cranes/other special lifting equipment either within the warehouse and in the yard • Control the incoming goods to check compliance between the shipping docs and the goods actually delivered and to verify the goods integrity (issuing report in case of non conformities) • Collect the materials following the Project warehouse coordinator (WCC) picking list and arranging for the proper packing according to the packing specifications • Prepare the packing list on the company ERP system • Deliver materials to worker coming to the warehouse taking due note of the materials delivered • Update stock level update upon receival/issuance of materials filling in the proper Forms Work Experience Requirements.
• 2 years working period in an Oil&Gas project in remote location with the same role • Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, planning and organizing ability and efficient team management skills, adaptability and stress tolerance Soft Skills and Competencies.
• Optimal knowledge of practical aspects warehouse management • Duly certified and trained to use lifting equipment (forklift, transpallet, etc) • Good knowledge of warehousing procedures and specification for Oil And Gas projects • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driven and focused, committed on good level of operational effectiveness • People management attitude • Methodical • Collaboration and teamwork • Note.
Able to read, write and speak in English Work Conditions.

• Familiarity with Company Tools (ERP, etc), Company procedures and Processes, Document Management System, etc.
