</strong>And this is where your ride starts.</p> <p><strong>YOUR MISSION</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in the Glovo Partners &amp; Brands team.
You will be directly handling the relationship with our top chain partners and you will be responsible for the growth, operational excellence and all the marketing plans.
You will be liaising with the most highly regarded brands, stores, and restaurants in your city.</p> <p><strong>THE JOURNEY</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner’s meetings and business reviews -&gt; Salesforce as a tool for this)</li> <li>Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically.
Be proactive and data driven enough in order to improve operational KPIs with partners</li> <li>Be able to prepare deep dive analysis on Glovo’s business topics&nbsp;</li> <li>Works based on systematic planning, makes a deep analysis of available information and designs action steps.</li> <li>Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promotions, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling).&nbsp;</li> <li>Achieve your Quarterly Targets (Growth, Revenue, Ops, Commercial).
ake actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.</li> <li>Ensure that Glovo has the best content and become partner's no1 operator by signing preferred partnerships with partners and build long-term marketing plan</li> <li>Increase Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling Glovo’s assets</li> <li>Ability to solve objections and manage to negotiate terms and timings with people and partners&nbsp;</li> <li>Interact with other areas (operations, marketing, finance) to make sure that we are giving best possible service to your partners</li> <li>Organize schedule in advance leaving time for deep dive tasks and for meetings with partners</li> <li>Teach the partner how to use the manager portal to become self-sufficient, so that partner can.
change and edit the menu, activate promotions and check their information with Glovo</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 4 years of experience in high-performance account management and/or business consultancy; preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry.
alesforce is a plus</li> <li>Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations.</li> <li>Ability to comfortably work in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.&nbsp;</li> <li>Computer literacy; good knowledge of Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).</li> <li>Excellent local language and English skills.</li> <li>Strong commercial expertise with ability to conduct business and sales presentations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Highly organized and detail-oriented.</li> <li>Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach.</li> </ul> <p>Individuals representing diverse profiles, encompassing various <a href="https://hbr.
