Position Overview.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects within the mobility sector.
They will be responsible for understanding our clients' needs, designing tailored solutions, and overseeing the implementation process from start to finish.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements within the mobility sector.
Design comprehensive solutions that leverage our software expertise to address client needs effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance, support, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions on time and within budget.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and any potential issues or risks.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling additional services or solutions to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the mobility sector to inform solution design and strategy.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and insights to help them achieve their business objectives.
Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (8 years) working in a solutions-oriented role within a software consulting environment, preferably with a focus on the mobility sector.
Strong understanding of mobility technologies, including but not limited to mobile applications, IoT, telematics, and connected vehicles.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and translate them into actionable solutions.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and optimization.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, presentations, and project kick-off sessions.
