SOFTWARE TESTER

CGI is seeking software testing professionals to be based with our operational staff in India to support the worldwide deployment of a custom CRM system built on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Pages.
Candidates should have experience with both functional and technical testing methods, a strong aptitude for learning end-user business processes, and a focus on continuous improvement/optimization of testing processes.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
Support formal testing of an enterprise CRM system and portal as part of a globally-distributed, agile testing team.
Document, refine, track, and execute test cases and scenarios using both manual and automated methods.
Coordinate testing activities with functional, technical, and release management, with round-the-clock teams based in the US but with additional locations around the world including India.
Working across timezones requires ability to work independently/asynchronously with other team members.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Five-plus years of experience in formal testing of enterprise-level applications or IT and/or engineering related degree and a minimum of two -years of experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and readiness to work as part of a geographically distributed team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn/understand new business processes/operational activities in the context of application testing.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform or other PaaS solutions.
Experience with automated test scripting in Selenium or similar tools and/or API testing tools such as Postman.
