Position Overview.
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled ITSM Senior Lead, with project management experience with a proven track record in ServiceNow implementation projects.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading our new implementation project, driving efficiency and innovation, and aiming to be the Application Owner and Tech Lead for our ESM platform.
You will have the unique opportunity to contribute to a global initiative that aims to enhance service delivery across Körber’s central functions.
Responsibilities.
Lead the evolution of our ServiceNow ITSM platform, aligning it with strategic goals and ensuring it supports future growth.
Serve as the ServiceNow Technical Lead, driving the implementation and ongoing enhancement of our ITSM framework.
Define project scope, goals, and outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders, aligning with business objectives.
Foster collaboration across teams and with external partners to achieve project deliverables.
Manage the project timeline, budget, resources, and progress reporting efficiently.
Employ advanced ITSM strategies and ServiceNow's capabilities to innovate and prepare for future challenges.
Oversee change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies with minimal disruption.
Keep detailed documentation of project plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
Promote continuous improvement by leveraging ServiceNow innovations for operational excellence.
Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in ITSM projects.
In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing ServiceNow Implementations, with a focus on ServiceNow platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a capacity to manage high-stakes deadlines.
Effective communication skills, with proficiency in creating a collaborative environment.
Adept in change management, capable of guiding teams through transitions effectively.
Personal and Social Skills Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and problem-solving prowess.
Proficient in the latest project management tools and methodologies.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and build consensus.
Enthusiastic about innovation and improving business processes through technology.
