We are looking for ServiceNow Consultant to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisbon.
The focus will be on support corporate/regional and local SMEs in the use of ServiceNow GRC module functionalities.

Reporting to ITR & CyberSecurity Team Leader.
As part of the development of its IT Risk Management team, the IT Risk Officer from the company organization in Nanterre (France) is looking for a ServiceNow expert collaborator based in Lisbon.
This professional will be part of a team ensuring IT Risk management and reporting.
Tasks.
As a functional admin, manage user groups in ServiceNow GRC according to the IT Organization of the entities for accurate accesses and workflows.
Identify the bugs and report them to the company ServiceNow management team.
Develop specific reports from scratch based on specific needs and requests of the IT Risk team.
Support local SMEs worldwide in all entities of the company, in the use of GRC module.
Track GRC evolution requests and incidents.
Participate in the implementation of new GRC functionalities when needed.
Participate in workshops with the company ServiceNow management team.
Twice a year, to manage the technical set-up in GRC for permanent control campaigns.
Requirements.
Technical and functional expertise on ServiceNow (mandatory).
A good level of ServiceNow data model knowledge (mandatory).
ServiceNow Functional Admin experience (mandatory).
ServiceNow CMDB experience (mandatory).
Academic degree in IT or at least 5 years of expertise on IT field.
Fluent in English (mandatory) Fluent in French and/or Spanish (highly valuable).
Very good Expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in a multi-cultural environment.
Good level of awareness for details.
Ability to be autonomous.
