SEO & Content Marketing Manager (f,m,d)     The Körber Group is an international technology group with around employees all over the world.
It unites technologically leading companies with more than 100 production, service, and sales locations and offers its customers solutions, products, and services in the Group.
You are responsible for the Körber driving SEO & Content marketing efforts to increase web traffic and lead generation via owned and earned media channels.
You keep growing while you are working in a cross-functional team of experts in their fields of digital marketing, front-end developers, creative design and content.
Your Role   You actively support the SEO lead for driving results and contributing to the overall SEO strategies  (on-page/ off-page/ technical) You further develop and execute the SEO strategy and roadmap to ensure the website SEO health and performance You audit and optimize pages to increase performance in search engines to drive the conversion of organic traffic on our domain  You adapt on-page SEO measures, by building topic clusters and writing articles (together with domain experts) You optimize existing content in our CMS for an improved structure, html-markup, search intent and user experience/ accessibility, and of course internal linking and schema-markup  You launch SEO workflows and dashboards that support validated tracking efforts You report continuously on your results and derive recommendations for action to achieve SEO objectives and key results based on a defined set of KPIs     Your Profile   You have a degree in marketing, business economics or related field or are a passionate career-changer   You gained 2-5 years of relevant experience in the domain of Search Engine Optimization, either as an in-house SEO or agency environment and are eager to learn and create new opportunities   Extensive knowledge of the search engine industry and algorithms   You have successfully managed strategic SEO projects   You master standard SEO analytics (rank tracking, web analytics, backlink analysis, etc.) and ability to build tests to measure the impact of SEO changes   You have in-depth knowledge and experience with SEO-tools such as Google Analytics; Search Console; SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and/or similar.
You have an in-depth knowledge of core SEO practices including keyword research methodology and internal/external link building.
You can identify technical issues and take actions/ advise developers based on your findings.
Your prioritization skills, data-driven mindset, and analytical talent help you to build and manage effective customer-centric/ intent-based SEO projects that deliver on a defined set of KPIs    You are a critical thinker, challenge the status quo and your decisions are based on comprehensive data sets.
You thrive in a fast-paced online and remote environment without losing attention to detail and delivering results.
Your experience with Marketing Automation and CRM/CMS would be a plus.
You are fluent in English in native-level, additional language skills in German would be a plus.
