Job Overview.
We are seeking a highly skilled Tester or Product Analyst to join our team, focusing on our cutting-edge AI/ML based product.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing processes, excellent knowledge of Jira & Jira Xray, and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of product quality.
We expect the individual who can focus on the quality of our AI/ML product.
Being a Tester/Product Analyst, you'll partner with engineering teams to ensure system components are designed for testability and that industry best practices are followed.
Your role will involve developing testing strategies, conducting thorough testing, and using Jira for tracking and reporting.
Ideal candidates will have a strong testing background, Jira proficiency, and a commitment to quality assurance in AI/ML products.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure new technologies are introduced smoothly and that system components are designed for testability.
• Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
• Develop and implement testing strategies and procedures to ensure product quality meets industry standards.
• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
• Evaluate product code according to specifications • Help troubleshoot issues • Conduct thorough testing of product features, identifying and documenting defects.
• Diagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that testing meets user expectations.
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
• Utilize Jira to track and manage testing activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and accurate reporting.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Required Skills - • 5-7 Years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role • At least 2 – 3 years’ experience of Python development • Experience in project management and QA methodology.
• Knowledge on non-functional testing which includes Security testing, Performance testing, Accessibility Testing will be an added advantage • Hand on experience on Robot Framework or Automation Testing • Familiarity with Agile frameworks • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors • Working knowledge of test management software (e.
.
qTest, Zephyr) and SQL • Excellent communication skills • Attention to detail • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude • Strong organizational skills • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Skills.
