This is a fulltime position that can be worked remotely or from one of our many offices around the world.
What are the main responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders through the recruitment process and empower them to make successful hires Improve and advise on current recruitment best practice Lead end to end recruitment of roles; drafting adverts sourcing culture interviews and other recruitment activities.
Providing project management support for any recruitment based programs.
Proactive improvement of our employment brand in the market Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders.
Manage our ATS platform end maintain data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency of input data The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport easily be customerobsessed and have a growth mindset.
