the organisation have transformed the market by designing an advanced and forward-thinking financial management solution platform centred around employee compensation and benefits.
they are seeking an experienced senior software engineer, primarily on the backend side with a keen interest in elixir to join their growing development team.
as a senior software engineer, you will have the opportunity to work within their product, engineering and design teams, defining both long-term strategy and short-term roadmaps.
mainly though, you will have the opportunity to build and develop awesome product features integrated within the codebase.
the ideal candidate should have the majority of the following.
bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
you have at least 5 years of building back end systems.
proficiency in elixir.
must have experience in at least one other language (golang/.
et/react etc).
strong experience with relational databases (sql/postgresql) solid experience in cloud-based development (aws).
kubernetes (k8s) for orchestration.
ddd (domain-driven design) & tdd (test-driven development).
having a product development mindset is essential.
you have a drive to solve problems, are a team player & love to learn.
permanent/full-time employment.
fully remote.
