Able to tackle a variety of issues, general knowledge in medical device industry (BSC and competitors).
Visit customers and/or potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager.
Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager.
Provide continuous technical training and support directly to customers in cathlabs, operation theaters and interventional radiology departments.
With limited instructions of Manager, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimize available tools (consignment, etc).
Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
Analyze and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.
To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
Upon request may lead a project team of moderate scope.
Qualification Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business/scientific specialization or relevant.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare and pharmaceutical or related field.
Strong ability to engage and interact with customers in a variety of settings including tradeshows / conferences, market research, advisory boards, and field interactions.
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
Can work under the deadline.
Be able to attend cases and provide support.
