About You We would love you to have a kind-hearted nature and exhibit common sense; You consistently demonstrate empathy towards users and stakeholders and remain dedicated to solving problems and finding solutions; You have over three years of experience in product management, including expertise in launching user-oriented features or products; Additionally, having experience in high-growth B2B SaaS and/or Fintech would be awesome; You have a curious mind and a passion for innovation; You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions; Your exceptional communication skills enable you to effectively combine feedback, data, and concerns to develop actionable plans that align your team and stakeholders; You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and your focus, discipline, and remarkable prioritization skills ensure you remain goal-oriented and prevent any distractions for your team; You possess the ability to establish product metric goals, define and monitor success metrics, enhance analytics infrastructure and tools, and establish connections between product and business metrics; You firmly believe in building products alongside users, rather than solely for them, and actively seek out feedback; We know that there are a lot of "yous" here, but we also have a lot to give, stay tunned 👇🏼😀 *Speaking Italian and/or living in Italy would be a welcomed plus.
The Role On a typical day, you will...
Collaborate with your product team, including designers and engineers, to uncover important problems; Talk to our customers and users to hear their thoughts on the product and understand their pain points; Study data and feedback to find the best opportunities for improvement, prioritize product initiatives aligned with business goals, and define what success looks like; Lead your team in developing long-term strategies, planning upcoming projects and sprints; Deliver products with agility and create clear documentation for everyone involved in the process; Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, advocating for the users needs in all decision-making processes, ensuring that you and your team are focusing on solving the right problems for them; Share your ideas and plans with internal and external stakeholders to get their input and get everyone excited about the discovery process; Define key product metrics, analyze performance data to track the success of your initiatives, and iterate on features to drive product success; Stay updated on the market to see how customers are solving similar problems with other products, gather market insights and identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for differentiation.

Salary Range Our range for this role is total gross package of € to € (plus other benefits).
