Job Overview Are you ready to dive into the world of cutting-edge video post-production with the likes of PepsiCo? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Marketing Content Post - Production Project Manager  to join our team.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-level complexity post-production projects for our biggest Business Units across our BEVERAGES portfolio.
From managing strategic clients to developing new services and expanding our portfolio, you'll play a key role in driving productivity and innovation.
 Responsibilities Lead project management of specific high-level complexity post-production projects, whether delivered by external EU partners or our new In-house Content Editors Team.
Manage end-to-end pilot projects with our biggest Business Units to ensure proper introduction and drive productivity.
Participate actively in developing new services to expand our post-production portfolio and identify new areas for business growth.
Interface with Business Units, Categories, our In-house agency (Sips&Bites), Production, Content Engine Team, Marketing Procurement, Finance Teams, and external stakeholders Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of experience in post-production as a senior project/account manager or supervisor at Production/Content development studios/agency.
Experience working within a brand environment, including collaboration with Production houses, agencies, marketeers, and managing teams of 3-5 people.
Client management/business development experience, able to drive business through regular analysis and verification of client needs.
Bachelorâs degree preferred, with professional education in film production a bonus.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
Strong understanding of post-production processes, editing, SFX, and global trends.
Successful experience in cross-market project leadership and coordination.
Experience in managing multiple projects of different scales within tight timelines and resources.
