Descrição Support and drive execution of the Tech strategy; Support and reinforce the principles of EA in all stages of Tech governance; Measure success of strategy over time within specific functional areas and specializations; Conduct market and competitive research to identify broader business trends and assumptions that may affect the functional strategy; Provide strategic focus in the portfolio prioritization process and publish strategy; Lead and facilitates the creation of governing principles to guide solution decision making for the enterprise; Roadmap alignment to strategy; Solution architect interface to strategy; APM governance and communication; Drive the agenda of digital in ways relevant to ABEG strategy; Support incubation and commercialization of new innovative ideas; Presents gap analyses and/or Tech investment roadmaps that reflect the status of the existing Tech estate, namely, its ability to contribute to future-state business capabilities around ecosystems and digital platforms; Leads analysis of the Tech environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement; Leads the implementation of the enterprise architecture based on business requirements and the varying Tech strategies for project-driven or product-driven delivery teams; Develops and applies standards and minimal viable architectures through the EA governance model, informed by the business strategy and corporate governance; Collaborates with delivery teams to ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture, as well as to leverage shared technologies, tools and processes that impact speed to value and time to market; Collaborates with infrastructure and project teams to ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture, as well as to identify when it is necessary to modify the enterprise architecture; Oversees the documentation of all architecture design and analysis work.
Perfil ideal Degree or equivalent in technology and business related (MBA Preferred; 10+ years in architect related roles; 5+ years in delivery roles; International experience required (accountability for delivering in/to different countries); I&T Technologies, Solutions lifecycle, business relationship and project methodologies; Experience with Planning, ERP, WMS and TMS solutions (SAP ECC/S4, Infor, Kinaxis a plus); Experience with Credible Architecture Frameworks; Good methodology and tool knowledge for EA (Qualiware a plus); Ability to own this methodology and tool as product owner in the team.
