Manage the performance and development of Team Leads (Managers/Senior Managers) ensuring a consistent approach to team leadership.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement measuring success and supporting ongoing development.
Onboard and support other Managers and Senior Managers in enhancing their managerial skills.
Liaise with the clients Services Managers/Engagement Managers on project/client issues ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
Establish and maintain close working relationships with Services Managers/Engagement Managers for joint decisionmaking aligned with organizational goals.
Manage client relationships delivering timely responsive valueadded services that exceed client expectations.
Act as an ambassador internationally and across practices within Portugal.
Take ownership of project escalations within the SAP service line ensuring timely resolutions and root cause analysis.

Expertise in multiple aspects of business process optimization.
Recognized as approachable within the team and the wider department.
Proven leadership skills including hiring managing coaching and mentoring teams for growth and enhanced customer value.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with confidence to interact with Services Managers/Engagement Managers (Local and Global).
Excellent English verbal and written skills.
Background in consulting services company and SAP software services operating in an entrepreneurial highgrowth culture.
Driven to deliver valueadded services meeting or exceeding client and stakeholder expectations.
Proven project management skills and management skills for specific aspects of practice management.
Autonomously efficient tenacious and delivers in a timely professional and quality manner.
Successful at managing priorities balancing urgent versus important issues.
Strong project management skills able to structure write and/or edit proposals and reports autonomously.
Autonomous in organizing preparing and presenting information to others in oneonone and group situations.
