If you’re passionate about software architecture, leading teams, and building scalable solutions, this might be the perfect opportunity for you! Main Tasks.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Optimize performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Lead and coach junior engineers, fostering technical excellence.
- Ensure high test coverage and follow CI/CD best practices.
- Maintain and optimize monitoring delivery pipelines.
- Provide production support and ensure system reliability.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and coding best practices.
Requirements.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and microservice architecture.
- Proven experience working in an Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers.
- Demonstrated commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code.
Technical Expertise.
- Strong expertise in Java (latest versions) and Spring Boot.
- Experience with MongoDB and relational/non-relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud computing (AWS is a must).
- Docker and Kubernetes expertise.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and production deployment best practices.
- Solid understanding of monitoring delivery pipelines.
- Experience with React is a plus.
