Hard Skills.
• 5+ years of software development experience with Java-core - Mastery • Practical knowledge of Java-core.
multithreading, GC optimization, collections (including concurrency collections) - Mastery • Experience developing real-time event-driven applications - Expert • Good understanding of test-driven development and continuous integration practices - Expert • Fluency in English Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
