We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems.
We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.
What are you going to do? • Design, implement and maintain our IT infrastructure; • Manage Active Directory and Group Policies; • Manage Microsoft Intune and SCCM; • Manage Microsoft Teams administration and pstn connections with our partner; • Ensure that all systems are up-to-date and secure; • Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software and network connectivity; • Architect, supervise and participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting a complex corporate data, voice and collaboration infrastructure; • Ensure high availability for all enduser computing; • Assist with planning and implementation of systems and network integrations.
What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field; • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering; • Highly experienced generalist in Microsoft technologies; • Expert level understanding of Active Directory management and group policies; • Expert level with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager and SCCM; • Experience with Canon Uniflow (it’s a plus); • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Fluency in English.
