About the Role.
The scope covering FTS and FFH  To ensure the procurement of the assigned goods/services, complying with budgeting long/mid-range plans and expected quality level Market monitoring, risk management, supplier relationship management, contract management and negotiations for his areas of responsibility To develop new supplying sources or purchasing process fully compliant with global General Procurement roadmap and strategies.
Main Responsibilities.
CATEGORY MANAGEMENT Guarantees Category implementation, ensuring business continuity and cost mitigation across commodities and plants.
Secure a proper and correct market and spend analysis for the categories at regional level, by granting data accuracy with Finance and by providing the management with updated specific analysis.
Ensures the management of pre-defined procurement activities due to specific Categories, ensuring availability of services with agreed quality and service levels while optimizing value for Ferrero and applying the internal methodologies, procedures and tools SOURCING SCOUTING & NEGOTIATION Ensures relative market analysis, supervising the scouting and the definition of the supplier base according to criteria of quality of service, cost, sustainability, market benchmarking, flexibility, Ferrero cultural fit, Innovation in order to have the best partnership and bring the most value to the company business.
Ensure Scouting plan execution according to strategy, with focus on risk management.
Responsible for qualifying new suppliers that eligible for Ferrero requirements and participate into their accreditation Assist company functional departments to research and develop competent suppliers of high-quality products/services for the assigned purchase and prepares proposals or other informational requests.
Organize vendor selection process to ensure the best solution on price/quality and delivery time  Support company functional departments to achieve satisfactory conclusion purchasing contracts with suppliers for the assigned area of goods/services, ensuring adequate purchasing terms and conditions.
SOURCE TO PAY Monitor and guarantee the right source-to-pay process in order to respect the contract requisitions and the company financial terms established.
Guarantee Supplier Registration and Qualification, with Legal MSA, Financial Assessment, Insurance Compliance, Resp.
Sourcing Compliance, Certification and Quality if needed.
Monitoring the progress and positions of suppliers along the due diligence cycle Ensure compliance with policies and central GOS (group operation standard) and supervise local sourcing activities.
Optimize the processes to increase efficiencies.
CONTRACT & VENDOR MANAGEMENT Ensures the application of contracts that fulfil ensuring supply needs, meet specifications, timing and service level standards  Ensure new required contract compliance with legal and central governance.
Vendor mapping with annual spending SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT - PERFORMANCE & REPORTING Quarterly/Yearly - Monitor and reporting of KPI performance (top Suppliers with 80% of spending) - to guarantee the reliability of supply in terms of quality, delivery time and volumes.
Monthly monitoring of Actual cost vs Budget/SAF Periodic review on market data on General Procurement category suppliers’ services Who we are looking for.
Experience and education/training on Purchasing or relevant territory Knowledge of Marketing tools; experience with marketing agencies (creative/digital/consultant) is a plus Analytical skills  Strong Negotiation skills and Communication skills Knowledge of procurement process, esp.
with global team is a plus Strong Relationship Management skills.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required - both, written and spoken., working within a large global MNC SAP experience is a must Ariba Experience is a plus How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero.
