Descrição Utilize extensive software development experience in Java ADF, SOA, Weblogic, Oracle, and SQL to address project challenges effectively.
Demonstrate deep technical expertise in Java ADF for advanced UI development, SOA for seamless system integration, and Oracle/SQL for robust database management.
Translate business needs into efficient software solutions, applying software development principles such as best practices, design patterns, and architecture.
Employ problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions efficiently.
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of project requirements and smooth coordination.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, coordinating activities for timely and high-quality project delivery.
Apply project management knowledge to plan, track deadlines, manage risks, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Maintain a strong focus on achieving results, working under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver defined objectives.
Demonstrate proactivity and initiative by anticipating challenges and identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
Continuously learn and adapt to evolving software development technologies to remain current and effective in the field.
Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
Proficiency in English (mandatory) and French (preferred).
Excellent innovation, initiative, autonomy, and leadership skills.
Good communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal relationships and teamwork abilities.
Excellent knowledge of JAVA programming language (mandatory).
Knowledge of Oracle tools - SOA, BPEL, ADF programming (preferred).
Excellent knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL including MSSQL (mandatory).
Project and team management in technological projects (mandatory).
Functional and technical knowledge of ERP solution IFS (preferred).
