About The Position.
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Developer to help scale The HOTH.
This position will report directly to the CTO and be a key player to our small but nimble tech department! As a part of the team, you’ll be a point of contact with regard to everything programming.
Some day-to-day responsibilities include.
Writing efficient and scalable code, ensuring high-quality software development Providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth Solving complex technical challenges and offering elegant solutions Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Collaborating closely with the team to deliver innovative software solutions Working closely with company leadership to identify client trends and requests and immediately begin implementation Innovation and collaboration are key aspects of this role.

You have 5+ years of software development experience with a proven track record.

Skills/Knowledge You MUST Have.
