Descrição * Define and build company-wide frameworks and libraries that will enable faster, better, and more informeddecision-making within the business at scale and in production to help optimize business value out of Data &(Advanced) Analytics.
* Ensure data availability and accessibility for prioritized (Advanced) Analytics scope and automate stable datascience pipelines from data exploration, training, development and especially deployment * Create and manage data environments in the Cloud at scale, including in production.
Collaborate with IT andbusiness stakeholders to build up future proof standards.
* Understand the current cloud infrastructure and build applications that satisfy all requirements of IT security.
* Have a strong understanding of Information Security principles to ensure compliant handling andmanagement of various types of data.
* Plan and deliver secure, good practice data integration strategies and approaches at scale including inproduction.
* Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and app infrastructuremaintenance.
* Manage app infrastructure with zero downtime and ensure highly available, scalable apps.
* Set up a monitoring stack for each application.
* Implement the application's CI/CD pipeline in collaboration with our Data & Analytics Platform team and incollaboration with other key stakeholders within Olympus world-wide.
* Write infrastructure as code using e.
., CloudFormation or similar (Terraform).
* Develop and document Data and (Advanced) Analytics methodologies, processes, standards, and goodpractices together with Data and Analytics Platform team and in collaboration with the Data and (AdvancedAnalytics community within Olympus.
Facilitate good practice sharing within the world-wide Olympus datatechnology community and relevant business stakeholders.
* Support talent recruitment and onboarding with Data & Analytics Platform team.
* Act on ad-hoc requests and enquiries.
* Mentor, manage, guide and onboard third-party vendors as well as internal teams on how to follow bestpractices and use the Olympus Azure-based Data and Analytics Platform.
* Lead the implementation and management of Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) processes, frameworksand tools in collaboration with the Data & Analytics Platform team.
* Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve DataOps, DevOps andMLOps workflows and processes.
Build MLOps pipelines to train, deploy and monitor Machine Learning andDeep Learning models in the cloud.
* Improve code performance for those projects move into production.
Perfil ideal * At least 4-6 years of relevant working experience, ideally in pharma environment * At least 3 years of experience in production grade, large-scale systems design and in running e.
