We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our team, on a hybrid format, with the possibility of participating in many interesting and cutting-edge projects through the whole life-cycle.
our role Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and efficient data-centric applications and systems, guiding and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
ollaborate closely with stakeholders to define data strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with business objectives and ensuring their successful execution.
upport the team by implementing complex functionsArchitect robust, scalable, and high-performance data solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
rovide expert-level guidance on data analysis, modeling, and interpretation, driving strategic decision-making processes within the organization.
versee the implementation of advanced ETL/ELT processes while emphasizing data quality, reliability, and efficiency improvements.
rive innovation in data infrastructure and methodologies, constantly seeking ways to optimize costs and enhance performance.
ct as a subject matter expert in data governance, metadata management, and ensuring adherence to data compliance regulations.
ollaborate effectively across departments, offering thought leadership and presenting technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Your Profile 8 or more years of experience in progressively responsible data engineering roles, showcasing leadership and mentorship qualities.
xtensive proficiency in data warehouse design, implementation, and optimization, demonstrating expertise in complex problem-solving and architectural decisions.
dvanced proficiency in multiple programming languages used for data engineering, showcasing versatility and adaptability to varied tech stacks (Python and SQL is mandatory)Extensive hands-on experience with multiple cloud platforms and services in AWS, GCP, or Azure, demonstrating expertise in leveraging various cloud services.
xtensive knowledge operating systems (Linux preferable).
eep understanding and proven expertise in data modeling, including experience in designing and implementing complex distributed systems.
xtensive experience with big data technologies, having led or contributed significantly to large-scale data processing projects.
emonstrated thought leadership in data governance, metadata management, and establishing best practices for ensuring data quality and compliance.
utstanding communication skills with a proven ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
trategic mindset with a track record of influencing decision-making processes and driving organizational data strategies.
amiliarity with Standard AI/ML processes & Operations is greatly valued.
egree in computer science, software engineering, or in other engineering domains.
luency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
