SENIOR DATA CONVERSION ANALYST

We are looking for Senior Data Conversion Analyst to join our company in one of our projects.
The Senior Data Conversion Analyst is responsible for leading and managing the data conversion process from start to finish.
This includes assisting in analyzing data conversion requirements, designing, and developing conversion scripts, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of converted data, and providing training and support to end-users.
The Senior Data Conversion Analyst is responsible for mentoring and coaching junior data conversion analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices, and continuously improving the data conversion process.
Tasks.
Lead and manage the data conversion process, including analyzing requirements, designing conversion processes, developing conversion scripts, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of converted data; Mentor and coach junior data conversion analysts, providing guidance and feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and continuous improvement of the data conversion process; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure smooth data conversion and integration with other systems; Develop and maintain data conversion standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry and organizational standards; Troubleshoot and resolve complex data conversion issues, including identifying and correcting errors in data; Perform data quality checks to validate converted data and ensure accuracy and completeness; Document data conversion procedures and create user manuals for end-users; Analyzing data from different sources and identifying any discrepancies or errors; Developing mapping and transformation rules to convert data from one format to another; Collaborating with other teams, such as developers or business analysts, to ensure that data conversion meets project requirements.
Requirements.
Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Proven experience as a Data Conversion Analyst or in a similar role (>=7yrs); Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and techniques; Knowledge of data quality assurance and testing methodologies; Familiar with NoSQL, Cosmo and Mongo Databases; Experience with Azure Data Factory; Experience in extracting data from varying global databases.
Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, or Java.
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and techniques; Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles; Knowledge of data quality assurance and testing methodologies; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong communication and collaboration skills; Ability to lead and manage a team, as well as work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Fluent in English (mandatory).
