THE ROLE As the senior back-end Engineer, you will be working with a small team of frontend and backend developers.
You will be very product-focused and play a hands-on role in shaping the product directly with the founders; working very closely with the CTO.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Build and develop a software development team whilst performing challenging hands on development - Develop Jove’s AI insurance validation model backend alongside of our CTO using Open AI - Develop and support external API integration with other platforms and ATS systems such as Bullhorn, Vincere, Access and Mercury - Build email system based on validation status - Work with frontend engineers to integrate backend end points with frontend UI - Testing and bug fixing - Research and development of using other AI model for insurance validation such as Google Bard - Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies
