Portugal 100% remote Freelance 12 months Rate up to 250EUR per day EN B2/C1 Tasks More than 3 years experience as a SAP SuccessFactors consultant Handson experience in implementing and configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module Familiarity with SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Effective communication and problemsolving skills Requirements Implementation and Configuration.
Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
Collaboration.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Training and Support.
Provide training and support to endusers ensuring a smooth transition to the new SAP SuccessFactors system and resolving any issues that may arise.
Continuous Improvement.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape implementing best practices to optimize system performance.
Documentation.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to SAP SuccessFactors configurations processes and solutions.
