SAP PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D)

Descrição da Função Your New Role   As part of the Finance Transformation Organization, you will report directly to the Finance Transformation Director.
Your responsibility will be to drive the SAP implementations/Roll outs across several countries, coordinating between the current development supplier, countries, Shared Service Center, Product Tech, and external consultants.
You will ensure that the project follows the Roadmap, milestones, timings, and expected results.
As a SAP Project Manager, you should be a senior professional experienced in Project Management and methodology, especially in SAP implementations, with a Finance Background.
This will enable you to steer and drive the coordination between business and the developers/integrators, ensuring the overall success of the business, and driving the company in the most efficient direction while also implementing its vision, mission, and long-term goals.
Your mission will be to align Project Scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones, deliveries, and dependencies.
You will support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments, monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting, mitigate risks as defined in the project plan, and manage all change requests, validating all budget/schedule impacts, obtaining the stakeholder’s commitment, and communicating approved changes to all teams.

What You Will Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Experience in IT SAP projects (end-to-end) implementation Strong knowledge and experience in a managerial role, leading a team to deliver SAP project implementation Strong business and consulting acumen Strong stakeholder management with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills Excellent communication skills English proficiency required Proactive, adaptable, and strong team spirit Enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment What the Company Can Offer You   You’ll be able to join a fast-paced environment and a growing team with a great working spirit in a leading company of its sector.
