Tasks Configure and customize SAP HCM modules based on client requirements Manage and maintain Portuguese payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations Provide expert advice and support on SAP HCM functionalities including Payroll and Time Management Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver highquality solutions and resolve issues promptly Conduct system testing documentation and user training as needed Requirements 3 years of handson experience with SAP HCM PY Portugal processes Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and configurations Experience with Portuguese payroll legislation and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment Availability to start immediately and commit to a 12month contract
