Are you one of them? Join us! What role will you play? We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Expert in General Ledger to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting and reporting processes in SAP FI, with a focus on General Ledger.
Responsibilities.
As a process expert (f/m/d) in the SHERPA X, Governance Foundation, Record-to-Report project, you plan, manage, take responsibility for, and monitor topics in General Ledger.
Responsible for the implementation of specific topics in General Ledger, incl.
guideline-related adaptations and the preparation and presentation of decision-making documents.
Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
This also includes defining the new processes for the financial template based on SAP S/4 HANA and the business-related value flows.
You prioritize and implement new and improved processes, ensuring that the project goals of standardization and harmonization are met.
Independently design and conduct workshops with customers and partners, create functional specifications, coordinate these with the development team, design the necessary acceptance tests with the test team and transfer the task packages into operational use.
You also design solutions via customizing.
Communicate with.
The other teams in the SHERPA X project organization to ensure the integration and consistency of the solutions.
Siemens IT departments regarding the provision of Siemens standard solutions.
We are looking for someone with… You have successfully completed your bachelor's degree in economics or alternatively have achieved a comparable qualification.
Within the scope of your more than 5 years of professional experience, you have acquired expert knowledge in the record-to-report process as well as in SAP S/4 HANA Financials, incl.
customizing.
Experience in an international environment, experience in the operational business or as an SAP consultant as well as cultural experience of working abroad is an advantage.
You have an affinity for IT applications and are willing to familiarize yourself with IT structures.
Knowledge of the Agile Project Methodology is desirable.
You develop and formulate concepts with new approaches that are understood by both the business user and the IT side.
You have experience in working with virtual and global teams, which requires excellent communication skills in English.
