SAP FI-CO SENIOR CONSULTANT

We are searching SAP FI-CO Functional Consultants like to take initiative, are passionate about delivering brilliant client service, have learning mindsets and truly enjoy working collaboratively with others.
Core modules include FI, CO, AA, TR and RE.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Conduct SAP FI, CO, AA,TR, RE process configuration to meet client business requirements, including connection points with MM, SD & other modules • Work with client staff and end-users to determine the functional requirements for the system within the SAP FI and CO module • Create detailed systems documentation, test scripts and presentations • Leverage business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration and enablement • Configure the SAP FI and CO system to meet the business requirements and conduct solution architecting workshops with business managers • Design and development of interfaces and conversion programs to/from existing legacy systems • Provide general technical support in FI and CO business systems analysis for our clients and conduct SAP training as required for client personnel • Provide leadership and guidance to other systems analysts and client personnel assigned to the projects • Use service specific tools and procedures • Identify opportunities to enhance existing business operations using new SAP functions • Identify root causes and solution for recurrent problems • Update and maintain all SAP documentation and knowledge database • Create complex functional and technical specifications for ABAP team • Work with other IT personnel on any configuration change affecting areas outside of SAP's modules and perform rigorous testing • Identify and propose processes for Automation • Available to punctual travels when needed • Compliant with agile methodologies • Train and spread the knowledge through the global team • Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• At least 8 years of experience in the area of SAP FI and CO including integration with other modules SAP modules • Expertise in SAP FI and CO with at least 2-3 full-life cycle projects delivering new solutions • Hands-on experience with.
FI – Core (GL/New GL/AR/AP), CO – Core (Cost Center, Internal Order), Fixed Assets, Parallel Accounting/Document Splitting, Profit Center and Segment Accounting, Core ERP Planning and Budgeting, Product Cost Controlling, Profitability Analysis, Project Systems Cost Controlling, Investment Management, etc.
• Strong SAP FI and CO skills, strong knowledge of finance and accounting business processes, experience providing SAP application support/management, strong analytical, problem solving, and customer service skills • Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies • Experience in collaborating with site business managers and business process SME • Experience on at least one S/4HANA migration or Greenfield implementation will be a plus • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Good analytical, logical problem solving skills with the ability to understand new tasks quickly • Perform complex analysis of business goals, objectives and needs of the general business environment • Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, Charm and HP Quality center test suite is an added advantage • Solid debugging skills and ABAP knowledge are mandatory Skills.
