• 5-7 years hands-on experience in administration and management of SAP applications specifically SAP BW3HANA and SAP S/4 RISE systems, and integration of different Cloud/On-Premises and Third-Party Systems.
• Must have experience across multiple SAP components.
SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Launchpad, SAP GRC, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BI - BOBJ, SAC, Solution Manager, BTP, Cloud Connector, HANADB, Data Provisioning etc.
• Knowledge of BTP Administration and Support (Plus).
• Skills with Cloud Connector (Plus).
Key responsibilities.
• The candidate will be responsible in the following SAP BASIS activities.
SAP Add-on installations, Kernel Upgrades, SAP Notes, Manage Certificates and STRUST configuration, SICF Service Activation and ODATA, SMICM management, configure SSO with Kerberos, SAML etc.
Support for SAPGUI upgrades and SSO setup, Coordination of system refreshes and Client administration, Installation & configuration of Web Dispatcher, load balancing, STMS configuration, RFC connections, Solution Manager Configurations, ChaRM Configuration and Management, Early Watch Configuration, Printer Management, HANA DB Authorization, Role design and setup for BW4HANA, SAP sizing etc.
Key activities include.
• Implementation, configurations, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting SAP systems.
• Handle incidents, requests, changes and Problem Management.
• Monitor system availability and performance, application and database.
• Communicate and work closely with service providers, project managers, networking team, functional and technical team, application managers to plan, manage, and provide guidance for basis related projects including installations, upgrades, integration, data migration, patching etc.
