Required skills.
Proficiency in ABAP programming, including Object-Oriented ABAP, ALV reporting, BAPIs, BADIs, CDS views, and OData services Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, data migration, and testing Strong understanding in SAP Finance modules such as FI-GL (Financial Accounting), FI-CA (Contract Accounting), FI-AA (Asset Accounting) or FI-AP (Accounts Payable) Familiarity with SAP security and authorization concepts Good communication skills with peers, product owners, feature teams, architects, and stakeholders Eager to solve complex problems with innovative solutions in a structured and organized approach Creative, results-oriented, self-steering, pro-active, cooperative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills Experience working in corporate & regulated environment Work experience in The Netherlands and speaking Dutch fluently is a requirement Proficient in business English, both in writing and speaking Technical Skills.
