Salesforce Client360 Scrum MasterCapgemini Portugal is currently looking for a Scrum Master to help support the delivery of Client Engagement solutions and applications to join one of the world’s most prestigious and innovative companies in the luxury industry.

esponsibilities Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Salesforce development teams, guiding the team through the Agile process and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
ollaborate closely with Technical Team Lead, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
oach the team on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaborations.
emove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
ork closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to understand technical requirements and constraints.
rack and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Support the Technical Team Lead in the tracking and assessment of the Agile KPI of the Product team.

cademic Background Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills & Experience Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certificationMinimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least one year in a Salesforce environmentUnderstanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration is an assetExperience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr suitableFluent English required Desired Personal Skills Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skillsAbility to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Interview Process Our team will actively review all applications.
