HE ROLE.
ark Hyatt Chicago is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Room Attendant.
As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and overall satisfaction of our guests during their stay.
You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and suites, contributing to the hotels reputation for excellence and attention to detail.
ESPONSIBILITIES (Include, but not limited to).
lean and maintain guest rooms and suites according to established standards and procedures.
erform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, replenishing amenities, and cleaning bathrooms.
nsure all guest supplies and amenities are stocked and replenished as needed.
eport any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department.
espond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
aintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
dhere to safety and security procedures and regulations.
ualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
trong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
xcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
bility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
lexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
ust be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
