RISK CONSULTANT

Position Description.
CGI is looking for a Risk Consultant (Consulting and Transformation) to join our team.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• RISK Consulting & Transformation is a transversal team supporting RISK in its strategic projects and transformation efforts.
The team, through its deep understanding of RISK organization and processes, contributes to projects around five main Practices.
o Transformation o Credit & Regulatory risk o Market and counterparty risk o Operational risk o Data, Simulation and Models • RISK Consulting & Transformation Iberia consists of 14 people (Madrid and Lisbon); is an extension team of the head office, but operating as “one team” with our onshore colleagues, contributing to projects in different locations and regions.
Our team in Portugal maintains a local hierarchical reporting line and a functional reporting line to the Head of RISK Consulting & Transformation Iberia (in Madrid).
• We are looking for 2 external resources to strengthen our internal Consulting team to design and implement a governance across several entities of the Bank.
The objective of the mission will be to have clear procedure, roles and responsibilities to enable a smooth collaboration and consistent approach across the Bank with regards to FX Settlement risk.
We are looking for consultants with good knowledge in Market risks, comfortable navigating in a complex organization and ability to lead stream of work.
Main Tasks.
• Facilitate workshops to understand organization and processes in order to have a cartography of the as is situation and highlight any gap; • Facilitate brainstorming sessions on designing a target operating model (Governance & RACI); • Contribute and present to stakeholders and sponsor meetings; • Elaborate implementation roadmap of the action designed; • Contribute and lead implementation streams.

• Ability to lead project streams and interact with senior stakeholders in a multicultural and fast-driven environment; • Ability to manage and finalize complex projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline; • Ability to deliver / Results driven; • Autonomous, self-starter, motivated and energetic, able to solve problems creatively; • Client focused, collaborative / Teamwork.
