Job Description Be responsible Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders; Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time; Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques; Manage the budget Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation; Manage customer satisfaction.
Qualifications + 2 years of experience in project management; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Scrum Master certification (PSMI or CSM); Knowledge and experience in scrum ceremonies; Adaptability and resilience; Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies; Agile methodology; Experience in information security, Cloud, DevOps environments (Nice to have).
Proven track record in implementing and managing agile practices in complex environments.
Experience in facilitating workshops, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
Familiarity with management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Teams.
Budget management experience (is a plus).
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
