About the Role.
For our HQs based in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Project Manager for our Responsible Sourcing team within the Procurement & HCo function.
In this position, you will manage the overall governance of the Responsible Sourcing team, supporting the Head of the department, and several cross-functional programs and projects across the department and the Group.
By covering this role, you will report directly to the Head of the department and this will provide you with high exposure to the full Procurement function of the Group and continuous engagement with the CSR team, Institutional Affairs and Communication, Marketing, IT and Finance departments.
Main Responsibilities.
You will be responsible for improving the organization, tools and ways of working of the department.
You will coordinate all the required stakeholders to prepare the CSR report and contribute to updating the Ferrero sustainability webpages, support CSR team to develop their sustainability roadmap and connected projects.
Moreover, you will be in charge of  organizing and coordinating the payment flow of the Responsible Sourcing department during the year in strict collaboration with the finance department.
You will also help in the preparation of the material for the monthly Leadership team meetings  and in developing and maintaining the shared platforms.
On top of this, you will manage different projects leveraging on the resources and the support of the other team members delivering end-products and completed projects.
For instance, you will select and develop the platform for the carbon footprint scope 3 data collection as well as understand and formalize the methodology for the company in line with CSR guidelines.
You will also coordinate colleagues in the Responsible Sourcing department and other Procurement departments to develop a dashboard to visualize the results and continuously verify the data.
Mapping and assessing Tier 2 suppliers, creating dashboards to visualize the data and presenting it with sourcing categories to identify strategies to reduce the risks will be also under your responsibility.
Who we are looking for.
You will bring your educational background in Economics, Engineering or Mathematics with around 3 years of experience in project management or consultancy.
You are showing excellent analytical, stakeholders management and communication skills while demonstrating flexibility and the ability to jump and develop different topics.
On top of that, you will bring your knowledge of Microsoft Office and your fluency in English.
