To determine the priorities, to motivate and develop the members of the team to increase the quality of the service provided; To ensure compliance with department objectives / KPI's, review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
Perfil ideal Bachelor's Degree and above; 10+ years in Port Business, Maintenance, Engineering; Mechanical or Electrical & Electronical Engineering; Must be structured, organized and proactive with proven skills & experience as a manager; Initiative and a strong collaborative approach; Strong believer in Team building and Results oriented; Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, able to manage effectively in a multicultural and innovative environment Vantagens If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly and all qualified candidates will be contacted.
