In partnership withDavid Kennedy Recruitment we have partnered with a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands.
Together were looking for a recruiter to join the team in Lisbon/Braga.
Work model.
Hybrid or onsite with training fully onsite Remuneration model.
Base salary bonus DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Source and attract candidates through various channels such as databases social media and job fairs Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates knowledge skills experience and aptitudes Collaborate with different departments and managers to identify staffing needs Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new employees Foster strong relationships with candidates serving as a trusted recruiter throughout the selection process Create update and maintain analytical reports and databases REQUIREMENTS.
At least nearnative proficiency in Dutch/Flemish/German/French(written and spoken) and B2 level of English University degree preferably in Human Resources or a related field Proven work experience in recruitment familiarity with hiring profiles assessments interviews and Applicant Tracking Systems Strong organizational communication networking and presentation skills Experience with sourcing techniques (hiring profile assessments interviews and ongoing followup) and understanding of referral programs is a plus BENEFITS.
