ABOUT THE ROLE As a QA Software Engineer, you will use cloud technologies to solve complex problems, design sophisticated solutions, and build high-quality products.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical skills required to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Develop test plans, test specifications, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify and document defects and inconsistencies.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that defects are addressed and resolved efficiently.
- Participate in the development of automation scripts and tools for testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, to reproduce and troubleshoot customer-reported issues.
- Monitor and report on the overall quality.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodology within the organization.
- Proactively identify potential quality issues and roadblocks, and develop solutions to address them.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's products and their functionality, and use this knowledge to improve the quality of the products.
- Input all documented data conditions to execute test cases.
- Analyse test results to ensure quality standards are met and the software meets/exceeds documented business requirements.
