QA ANALYST

Position Description.
This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Experience in testing IVR applications (Genesys), ChatBots • Experience in using IVR automation tools like Cyara • Experienced in testing Contact Centre Applications • In Depth Understanding of the Agile Software Development and Software Testing Life Cycle • Experience in test strategy and test Design creation.
• Experience with financial services domain • Ability to work in multiple stakeholder environments • Analytical and communication skills This role requires in office presence for 2 days a week, office location in Toronto Downtown.
