About the Program The International Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity to fast-track your professional experience in applied marine, subsea, and automation.
You will have opportunities to learn about our business from the bridge to the boardroom, and work with talented and experienced teams to deliver outstanding service to our clients across the energy and subsea industry.
Our flexible placements across Operations; Commercial, Sales & Marketing; and Technology & Engineering in our hubs located in France, Sweden, and UAE, as well as offshore, will allow you to build a strong foundation for a career with us.
By the end of the 24-month program you will be able to work with your sponsors to align a career path with us across a range of opportunities based on your strengths and aspirations as they fit within our dynamic business requirements.
