To manage PTW system, associated Risk assessment, Job safety analysis and Tool Box Talk.
To carry out regular checks/audits of the effective implementation of the PTW system, providing support to the Project HSE Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities.
The Resource will support the Project HSE Manager in the following fields.
- Support the Project HSE Manager being responsible for the PTW preparation, according to Project PTW procedure and collecting relevant signatures.
- Ensure the PTW is issued with relevant RA, JSA and TBT is carried out for the specific activity.
- Maintaining the Permit Register; - Advising Construction Manager and Supervisors of any conflict of permits and SIMOPS; - Keeping the records of all permits issued and related documents (e.
g.
JSA; TBT, etc.); - Participate to the HSE inspections, weekly meetings; - Ensure the correct implementation of the Lock Out Tag Out System - Carry out the gas test, as applicable - Ensure the emergency rescue plans and equipment are available for the specific activity, as required and emergency Team duly informed - Encourages the application of the Stop Work Authority by the workforce.
Work Experience and education requirements.
- The Resource should preferably have internationally recognised qualification in HSE Management (BSC, NEBOSH or equivalent).
- The job holder should preferably have at least 3 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry Soft Skills and Competencies.
- Level of Business English Language (B2 Level or equivalent) - Familiarity with business computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) - Good verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills - Very good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to create a friendly working environment Send your detailed CV in English, or contact us
