At the moment, Keyrus is looking for an experienced transformation manager with working knowledge in delivering transformation programmes in the Master Data Management space.
You must have.
Proven experience of leading delivery within complex environments and large scale organisations (chemical is a plus) Exemplar project management and engagement skills with strong previous experience evident Proven experience of managing programmes / projects of £1m+(budget responsibility) Proven ability to shape propositions and projects that deliver effective business outcomes Excellent people management and leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and lead multi-disciplined teams Expertise in Master Data Management topics considering the various dimensions required (People, process, organisation, technology) Proven experience of leading the delivery of MDM projects beyond tool implementation the role Responsible for the delivery of the MDM programme from the shaping phase, up to the delivery of all required capabilities Disseminate MDM best practices across the organisation Work with senior stakeholders including C-suit to delivery the ambition in an active transformation environment Manage a multi-disciplinary team which will work across the organisation to implement the MDM capabilities What we offer at Keyrus Portugal.
