OUR ROLEIntegrate and configure security products such as IAM, SIEM, SOAR, IDS, IPS, Palo Alto FW, CrowdStrike, and Wazuh.
ork with Netguard Security Products (advantageous) and ensure seamless integration within existing environments.
anage and troubleshoot Linux OS, Kubernetes/Containers, and telemetry systems to ensure optimal performance.
onfigure and troubleshoot Networking, Operating Systems, and CNF platforms such as OCP, NCP, and NCS.
ffer L1 and L2 product-specific support and troubleshooting for a range of security solutions.
ollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of security products into the overall architecture.
ocument configurations, troubleshoot logs, and ensure all systems are properly integrated and maintained.
OUR PROFILE3-6 years of experience working with security products such as IAM, SIEM, SOAR, IDS, IPS, Palo Alto FW, CrowdStrike, and Wazuh.
trong Linux OS expertise and knowledge of OS concepts and Networking.
ands-on experience with Netguard Security Products (preferred but not mandatory).
xperience with CNF platforms such as OCP, NCP, and NCS.
roficiency in Kubernetes/Containers, with experience configuring and troubleshooting Telemetry Systems.
roduct-specific L1 and L2 knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide support for various security products.
