To develop and maintain a feasible plan for hiring, training and management of personnel and to ensure quality issues, process and material flows are operated efficiently.

Job Responsibilities.
Delivery of all key performance metrics on a particular shift/project, with a particular focus on "Core 5" and "9 panel" metrics.
Liaising with warehousing, quality assurance, bulk-packaging and sterilization areas to ensure prompt shipment of product.
Maintaining GMP / Housekeeping at a high level within the department through the involvement of all team members.
Cross-functional management of QA, materials, IS and HR support for the team.
Interacting and liaising with the other manufacturing teams and Logistics to prioritize backorders.
Administration duties which include Time and Attendance system, Holiday planning, Build Plan review Back Order review, Travel planning etc.
Job Requirement.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the production environment is required for this position.
At least 3 year(s) of experience in direct reports management is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Supervisor specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Required skill(s).
supervisory, people management, communication, capacity planning, problem solving, operations management, computer proficiency.
Required language(s).
