Responsibilities - Guarantee daily production schedule execution, managing process or packaging lines, meeting quality, costs and service targets.
Includes close interaction with quality, maintenance and raw materials depts.
-Manage between 35 and 70 direct reports, including agency labour to meet business deliverables supporting adequate people development and org.
