CREATIVE OPERATIONS We're a creative family, building copy, data and visual assets for each corner of the (COMPANY NAME) Ecommerce Platform.

GUIMARÃES Our Guimarães office is located in the beautiful and historic city known as the 'birthplace of Portugal'.
Here you'll find a custom-built office, a studio facility with a game room, music area and an unbeatable chill out zone with a hammock that fits up to 20 people! THE ROLE Reporting to the Production Planning Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fine-tuning our production plans and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) for digital production.
Your primary responsibility will involve allocating digital production requests based on available capacity and prioritizing them in alignment with current business priorities.
This entails collaborating closely with both commercial and production teams to ensure volume commitments and SLAs are met.
WHAT YOU'LL DO * Prioritize demand according to commercial drivers; * Serve as the main point of contact and effectively communicate with commercial and production managers; * Allocate digital production requests based on available capacity and prioritize them according to ongoing business needs; * Monitor production status, identify deviations, and tactically adjust allocations; * Follow up on relevant indicators and take action to drive results; * Identify and implement improvement opportunities within our current allocation and planning processes; * Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business needs; * Provide relevant inputs and communicate effectively to ensure tactical adjustments of production plans; * Foster a culture of teamwork and preparedness to respond effectively to unforeseen challenges.
WHO YOU ARE * +2 years of experience in planning with proficiency in MS Excel; * Eager to optimize resource allocation for maximum productivity; * Skilled at problem-solving and resolution; * Committed to continuous learning and improvement.
* Analytical and data-driven.
* A critical thinker with strong planning and follow-up capabilities; * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multitasking autonomously; * Comfortable working with deadlines in a fast-paced environment; * Flexible and able to handle ambiguity with keen attention to detail; * Advanced in English, both written and oral; * Curious and a team player; * Effective communicator.
